She works with executives and leadership teams across complex, matrixed environments to translate strategy into action, building the systems, behaviours, and accountability needed to deliver sustained results. Her approach goes beyond programs and initiatives, focusing on the underlying structures that shape how organizations lead, make decisions, and perform.
Latoya’s work spans enterprise talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational transformation. She is known for helping organizations move beyond performative approaches to talent and culture, embedding inclusive leadership practices into the core of how leaders operate and how organizations grow.
Prior to founding Ming Advisory Group, Latoya held senior roles in talent and organizational development, leading enterprise-wide initiatives across North America. She has partnered with executive teams to strengthen leadership pipelines, improve engagement and performance outcomes, and advance diversity within leadership ranks.
Latoya holds an Executive MBA and brings a range of certifications in leadership, coaching, and organizational development, including Prosci Change Management, Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), and CliftonStrengths. She is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
